Mill Loader is capable to feed, either with continuous sheet or slabs.
This unit consists generally of the following parts:
Self centered feeding conveyor belt.
The feeding conveyor takes the slab out from the pallet. This should have a set of adjustable guide roller in the entry to guide the rubber sheets. One weight roller is provided to assist the rubber take off from the skid. This conveyor should be suitable for feeding rubber sheets up to 1000 mm wide and slab thickness up to 10 mm.
The cutter is made of special blade, supported by very sturdy frames; it is suitable to cut slabs up to 1000 mm wide sheet. The sequence of operation will be determined by the requirement of the length. The rubber slab is cut against a hardened anvil placed vertical below the drive roller. Additionally, these can be availed from us at reasonable price.
