Characteristics and Purposes
i PEW-0235 with uniform particle size, easy to disperse, and has good transparency which is very suitable for wood coatings. It also has good anti-fingerprint performance, and good fingerprint residual effect. Work together with silica matting powder in 2K PU wood coating, can provide the coating with very soft hand-feeling, lasting matting effect, and very good abrasion resistance. It also has a synergistic anti-settling effect, to prevent the settling of the silica matting powder. When work with the matting powder, the general ratio of micronized polyethylene wax and silicaa s is around 1:1 to 1:4.
i With very good grindability and smoothness, provide the matting, slippery, hardening, abrasion and scratch resistance effects when be used to powder coating.
i With very good hardness, and high melting point, it can provide excellent anti-scratch and anti-stick effects in different kinds of systems.

Addition level and Processing instructions
i In a variety of systems, the addition amount of micronized wax is generally between 0.5 to 3%.
