We are offering our customers a wide range of Metallized Capacitor Films, which are available following Specifications :-
1) Base film: polyester and polypropylene film
2) Metalized Al, without heavy edge; resistivity: 2 - 4 ohms with tolerance 25%
3) Metalized Al/Zn alloy, with heavy edge
a) Resistivity of uniform layer: 7 ohms with tolerance 25%
b) Resistivity of reinforced edges: 3 ohms with tolerance 0.5 ohms
4) Thickness: 4micron-12micron
5) Width: 37.5mm, 50mm, 62.5mm, 100mm and so on
6) Margin: 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm
a)single sided margin; b)double sided margin; c)central margin
7) Winding core: 76mm
8) Outside diameter: 200mm-330mm
Film is wound on solid cores, with the metalized layer inside.
Rolls are wound up to the specific outer diameter.
The loose end of film is held in place by a closing sticker.
Rolls are always packed in pairs.
There is a plastic foam between the rolls to protect the electrode side.
Inner:
The piled rolls are packed in plastic bag and heat-sealed with desiccants after vacuum removal.
Labels inside the bags mark film type, thickness, width, free margin width and resistance.
Outer::
The bags are packed in carton cases.
The carton cases are packed in wooden cases or reinforced carton.
