We are the largest manufacturer and supplier of Membrane Plates in Belgaum, Karnataka, India. We will like to introduce our new product i.e. (EPPP) Membrane Plates Like normal operation once the cake is formed inside the Recess Chamber. This membrane plates are inflated under high pressure of 10 - 12 Bar which allows squeezing the filter cake in the filter chamber that helps to reduce the moisture content and reduce the cycle times. For application where filter cake washing is required, Membrane elements achieve better washing results in a shorter time and with reduced wash water consumption compared to recessed plates. For application that require filter cake drying air blowing (i.e. mining and metal refining) the Membrane press reduces the consumption of air. Typically the filter cake release is easier using Membrane plates as the filter cake is equally dry in all the chambers. This allows a more automatic operation with less interruption of operation.
