-Fully automatic PLC panel is also provided with all safety features for running the machine
-15 Kw 2 Servo motor for pulling the wire with plc
-The discs are designed for pulling wire dia from 4 mm to 12 mm
-A cutting is done with the help of cutter operated hydraulically
-At the time of cutting the wire feeding will stop and the cutting will be done hence we can get more accuracy in cutting and the cutting tolerance is /- 5 mm
-After straightening, wire can be cut to any length up to 12 meters
-The machine has rigid construction and requires very less maintenance as there is no friction between the wire and the rollers
-Pay - off is designed for loading 2 tons of coil on each reel and two reels are provided on each pay - off
