Mechanical Top

Leveraging on our vast domain experience, we are engaged in manufacturing, exporting, trading and supplying Mechanical Top to our valuable clients in New Delhi, Delhi, India.

These Mechanical Tops are manufactured by us in various sizes for grout holes of 33mm to 83mm dia and are suitable to inject in deep as well as top grout holes. These are very robust in design and simple to handle.

The packer seals are made of specially compounded rubber polymers to provide excellent wear resistance quality, combined with required degree of softness to allow due compression and recuperation. They can also be easily replaced when worn out. They provide a perfect fit even into 'out' holes with rough surfaces.

The packer consists of :-
* Grout pipe with replaceable plugs on both ends.
* Compression sleeves.
* Bottom retainer with supporting sockets.
* Double soft seals.
* Top compressor washer.
* Thrust bearing washer.
* Chucking device with handle.
* Top check nut.
