Key Features
Tayoman's
temperature gauges are vapour pressure, capillary type comprising of
phosphor bronze 'C' bourdan fine bore capillary tube and heat sensor
(bulb), all joined together to form a closed system. The system is
vacuum evacuated and thermo metric fluid is filled and the system is
sealed temperature variation in the vicinity of the heat sensor, causes
the fluid the system to expound / contract resulting in pressure
vomation which is transmitted to the pressure sensitive 'C' Bourdon of
the free end of Bourdon through a sensible transmission onechomisin
causer the pointer to ne onto califiated dial.
Type - Vapour pressure, Boundon capillary type.
Case Size: 52 mm and 60 mm diameter other case sizes and profiles on request.
Temperature Range: 40oC - 120oC, 50oC - 130oC, 60oC - 210oC in standard ranges.
Other ranges on requests.
Pointer Arrangement: Eccentric / Concentric.
Spon: 90oC, 240oC, 270oC.
Capillary Length: As per requirement, upto a max: length of 10 meters.
Reading Style: 30 clock, 90 clock, 120 clock in eccentric design.
Method of Temperature Measurement: Direct (wet type) indiect (with adaptor/pointer).
Engine Clock Connections: M14 x 1.5, M16 x 1.5, 1/2 BSP, 5/8" x 18 UNF, 3/8" NPT, 1/4 / 1/2 - NPTE.
Other threading on request Bezel finish - Bright chrome / black painted dial design and pointer - As per requirement.
Illumination: Normally backlit with polycaronate dial and rear mounted bulk holder suitable for BAYS / BA9S bulbs.
Adaptor: Brass adaptor with threading as per requirement.
Mounting: Panel mounting type with clamp / side brackets.
