Md18 Hot Runner Temperature Controller

MD18 Hot Runner Temperature Controller is designed special for Hot runner system and suitable for all heaters that the load current is smaller than 15A. The outline and installation of this controller accord with international standard and suitable for all standard controller box . Each controller can control one heater , it can be used very easy and can interchange with any other standard controllers

Features:
1. Interface : 4 key for operation , 2 row 4 digit LED for display temperature and information, 3 LED lamp for display the running state
2. Standard structure , very easy to interchange with any other standard controller unit
3. Type of thermocouple can be selected as J type or K type
4. The output can be setting as PWM (phase angle) mode or SSR (zero-crossing) mode.
5. Celsius and Fahrenheit is selective
6. Temperature over high limit alarm / Temperature over low limit alarm
7. Thermocouple open or reverse check and alarm
8. Triac broken check and alarm
9. Fuzzy + PID control
10. Soft start , this helps to avoid humidity-caused in heater
11. Auto run or manual run can be selected
