• In the special jacquard system, a pattern card is used. Any complicated design can be woven beautifully. The selection of color pipes is designated by the pattern card
• Polypropylene pipes located on both sides of the machine are fed piece by piece by an automatic roller feeding system with any color in a four color range as instructed by the pattern card
• This Shakti PP 2001 series is equipped with an automatic tension controller that maintains constant warp thread tension, thus producing a more attractive finished mat surface
• A magnet switch is provided to ensure safety in case of a variance in voltage such as when an overload occurs in the motor during operation
• A weft feed stop device is also included. If the PP pipe is not completely inserted or the pipes in the weft raw material receivers are used up, the machine will automatically stop and a red light will go on. This device allows you to produce a beautiful mat without defective spots
• A warp thread breakage stop device is featured as well
• This device automatically stops the weaving machine and indicates the stop condition by a red light should the warp thread cut even one piece during operation
• As the newest specification clutch less direct coupled motor drive system is adopted
