Mat Single Wire

Floor heating mats single wire construction are made by fixing single wire heating cable over a Glass fiber mesh using a double sided self adhesive tape maintaining a fixed spacing between the cables. This tapes one side fixes the cable over the mesh and the other side is used to fix the mat onto the floor surface during installation. In cable installation the whole room has to be marked so that cable is laid at equal spacing and chances of wrong spacing are very high if proper care is not taken. This problem is removed by heating mat as spacing is factory determined and now only task of the installer is to roll the mat on the floor surface to cover the entire surface and he is done. This is the ideal product to be sold as do-it-yourself (DIY) kits as the installation is very easy and does not required very skilled person.
