Our offered Mapp Gas is one mixture of hydrocarbon, methylacetylene and propadiene. Used for welding,brazing and soldering.

Our MAPP gas is the new generation of normal MAPP gas.
1. The heater warms faster than normal MAPP gas.
2. It can reach a higher combustion temperature (Max. 1300A C) than normal MAPP gas under anaerobic conditions.
3. Leaves no reside or deposits after combustion.
4. Operates normally even when outside temperature is very low and iced over. (Minimum Temperature: -20A C)
Packaging & Storage

Stored in disposable steel cylinder (Size: 75A 280mm; Net Weight: 16oz).

Standard package:
12 cylinders per carton; 17004 cylinders per 20ft container.

Mapp gas should be stored in cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Away from heavily trafficked areas and emergency exits. Do not allow the temperature where cylinders stored exceeding 125A F (52A C). Cylinders should be stored upright and firmly secured to prevent falling or being knocked over. Full and empty cylinders should be segregated.
Use a "first in-first out" inventory system to prevent full cylinders from being stored for excessive periods of time.

Post "NO SMOKING OR OPEN FLAMES" signs in the storage or use area.
There should be no sources of ignition in the storage or use area. This fuel gas should not be handled or used in metal containers that would easily form acetylide with acetylene in the gas, such as copper, silver, magnesium or their alloys.
