Working principle:
Powder booth is designed for manual coating in both side by two manual operators. Also, it is designed to convey the powder paint, which blows up excessively in the booth, into the cyclone with the help of the xx m/second air speed.

On the both sides of the booth there is an opening, in size of (As per size of Job/product to be coated), for manual powder coating operators. Both openings have wing type doors which can be closed during cleaning time. There are lighting armateur in the booth embedded in the ceiling panels.
The powder paint, which is not sticked to the material, is conveyed to the cyclone through the absorption canal which is located on the base of the powder booth. Fine powders, which are heavy particulars, are cycled down by cyclone affect and transferred to the recovery hopper automatically by the help of an injector pump. Waste powders, which are very small and light particulars, continue to the filter group through a duct. The powder settled on filters, is shaken from filters automatically in a certain period by the help of electromagnetic valves, and powder paint is spilled on the hopper.
On the filter group there are radial type absorption ventilators, in the outlet there are special type silencer filters.
