All the parts in operation must be lubricated with No 30 oil once in every shift . The sliding parts such as big rod,tail sleeve should be lubricated once in a shift .Add No 30 machine oil to the tank in the head of the lathe till the gears below . The protecting felt of the big trail plate should be washed with kerosene oil once in a week .
