Feeding plate is kept on a machine into a proper position
Locking knob is pressed for capsules holding
Upper feedng plate is dismantled and kept aside
Locking knob is press for capsules body release
The exact weight of drug is taken for filling as per machine model & filled properly in to each capsule with the help of leveling nylon strips
Press the pin bracket into the filled body & again fill the access drugs into the capsules
The feeding plate which is with only caps to be kept on the body plate & lowered the locking handle for capsules locking
Removed out upper feeding plate with lock capsules & empty into a collection tray
Repeat steps 1 to 9 for further capsules filling
