Magnetic Seperator - Stainless Steel Barrel, Aluminium End Cap, Adjustable Magnetic System | Magnetic, Separator

Magnetic Seperator is mainly made of barrel, roller, brush roll, magnetic system, tank and transmission unit. The barrel is made of 3-6mm stainless steel welded into a tube, and end cap made of casting aluminium and connected with the tube by stainless steel screw. Motor, through the reducer, or taking stepless speed control motor directly, drives barrel, magnetic roller and brush roll for rotary motion. The magnetic system is fixed in the cylinder, uncovered, as open magnetic system, and the magnetic block fixed on the bottom plate of magnetic yoke through stainless steel bolts. The shaft of magnetic yoke extends out of the cylinder, and a crank is fixed at the end of the shaft. Magnetic declination lines are adjusted when wrenching the crank, and after proper adjustment, the crank is fixed by pull rod. The work area of tank is made of stainless steel plate, while the rack and other parts of the tank are welded by ordinary steel.
