The main part of the dry magnetic separator is a epsilon-type electromagnet and rotatable suspension induction disk. The disk is like a turn-over dish with sharp tooth and the diameter of which is about 1.5 times the width of the belt. The disk is driven by worm reduction gear and the polar distance between the disk and the electromagnet can be adjusted by hand wheel with adjustment range 0-20mm. In order to prevent the separator from being blocked, a low magnetic field pole in the feeding cylinder will separate and pre-discharge the high magnetic oral in the feedstock.
