Magnetic separator is one of the most general and widely-used equipment in the industry, for the separation of materials with magnetic differences. Magnetic separator is widely applied to mining, timber industry, kiln industry, chemical, food and other industries.

Magnetic separators include wet permanent magnet drum magnetic separator, vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator, dry permanent magnetic drum separator, magnetic drum and dehydration tank.

The maximum diameter of the wet permanent magnet drum magnetic separator is 1.8m, vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator is 3m and dry permanent magnetic drum separator is 1.2m.

The main part of the dry magnetic separator is a epsilon-type electromagnet and rotatable suspension induction disk. The disk is like a turn-over dish with sharp tooth and the diameter of which is about 1.5 times the width of the belt. The disk is driven by worm reduction gear and the polar distance between the disk and the electromagnet can be adjusted by hand wheel with adjustment range 0-20mm. In order to prevent the separator from being blocked, a low magnetic field pole in the feeding cylinder will separate and pre-discharge the high magnetic oral in the feedstock.
