Our company is engaged in is manufacturing and supplying of Magnetic Roll Separator for removal of fine ferrous impurities from material to food, minerals, glass, and other material processing industries. Magnetic Roll Separator offered by us is manufactured using high Intensity Rare Earth (Nd-Fe-B) Magnet of gauss power upto 12000.
Magnetic Roll Separator unit consist one head magnetic roll and other non-magnetic roll at the rear which are connected by a belt for conveying the material, a geared motor is equipped for rotation of rolls. A vibratory feeder is provided to feed the material; the flow rate of vibratory feeder can be adjusted according to properties of material being fed. Chutes are provided to collect the non-magnetic processed material and iron impurities separately
