Key Features

We offer our clients quality range of magnetic pulley which operates as head pulley on belt conveyors. These are less costly and self cleaning magnets used to remove tramp iron and purify materials conveyed in bulk forms. When material carried on a conveyor enters the magnetic field surrounding a magnetic pulley, pieces of ferrous metal in the material are attracted to the belt. These are held magnetically against the belt until it is carried to the underside of the pulley. The belt then takes them away from the magnetic field to be discharged which allows the non magnetic materials to fall away from the pulley. This separation is automatic and continuous. The applications of our products are as follows:
