Magnetic Level Gauge
MLG series magnetic level gauges are used for local level indication of costly/corrosive liquids in tanks or for interface applications in ambient conditions or under pressure and temperature conditions.

Features

• Magnetically operated Aca a glandless.

• External chamber side mounting type having 68 mm diameter float with strong built in bar magnet.

• Top mounting type. Float with extension rod having bar magnet moving up and down inside the magnet tube.

• No chance of costly/corrosive liquid spilling out.

• Level Indication Aca a rolling magnet type or Iron ball follower type. In case of rolling magnet type, the magnets are placed at 12.5 mm intervals for better accuracy.

• Ventilated float with inverted U-Tube in case of high pressure applications.

• Cooling strips on Chamber/Magnet Tube in case of high temperature application upto 300A A C (or higher) Aca a Rolling magnet type

• Float failure indication in case of side mounting rolling magnet type.

• Scale block assyembly Rotatable.

• Float guide pipe to prevent sideways movement of float and also sudden movement of float due to turbulence ( in case of top mounting type)

• Printed anodized aluminium scale for level indication. Stainless steel scale as optional. Minimum graduation: 10mm

• Clamp on type adjustable switches. Minimum gap between adjacent switches is 80 mm

• Switch enclosure weatherproof or weatherproof and flameproof (as per IS2148:1981 Aca a I, IIA, IIB or IIC gases)

• Differential between make and break of switch: 40 +/-5 mm
