Magnetic chucks can be applied to surface grinder, tool grinder and for small magnetic parts machining. the magnetic force is uniform in the machining table, high grinding machining requirement is allowable. The solid construction of the electro permanent magnetic chuck eliminates mechanical distortion and unlike electromagnetic chucks there is no heat generation hence the chuck when once attached to the machine bed will be as geometrically stable as the machine itself providing working surface with uniform holding power required for precision machining. the chuck is entirely static and hence it is not subject to mechanical wears.
