APTEX INVENT is an independent self-driven R&D group, created by the entrepreneurs who are the supplier, fabricator, manufacturer of specialised/dedicated equipment that are used in the Quality testing of various electrical/electronic appliances/products, which are generally not available in the markets. Our core business involves designing, development, trials testing, prototype finalisations and manufacturing of specialised test equipment/apparatus/jigs. These equipment are required in the testing of Electrical, electronics, IT etc products as specified in the reference standards of BIS, BEE, ISO, NABL, MNRE, IEC and other international standards. Our specialised equipment are built to fulfil the requirements set as per the above stated standards. APTEX INVENT Was founded in 2008, by Mr. AKHILESH SHARMA and Ms. POONAM SHARMA who had worked in the R&D and TRC engineering company UIL . Both were pioneer in the field of testing ELECTRONICS and ELECTRO-MECHANICAL products. Due to the unavailability of specialised/dedicated equipment required for various testing, it was not possible to source test equipment from the market. They had to design, fabricate, test and manufacture many of the requisite equipment by themselves from within the limited resources at their disposal. That was the main role & responsibility of Mr. Akhilesh Sharma, who had been the chief of R&D, he was capable of fabricating and manufacturing most of test equipment required in the UIL electro-mechanical operations. Due to the above successful venture, the demands for these dedicated equipment grew instantly in the market among the peer groups/organisations who had visited UIL, as they were not in a position to fabricate and manufacture. Later to sell these test equipment under UIL. Due to certain unavoidable reasons, Mr. Akhilesh Sharma left UIL and formed separate independent company-APTEX INVENT. Therefore the founder Mr. Akhilesh Sharma & Co. pioneered and worked in the fields of Product Testing, Designing, Fabrication and Manufacturing of Test Equipment. These endeavours gave APTEX INVENT great motivation, Vision and Mission necessary for creating basic infrastructure in designing, fabrication and manufacturing of various test equipment as required in the Electrical, Electronics & IT industry. In high-tech areas of testing of Electrical, Electronics & IT industry, it is important to have professional experience in testing as well as trouble-shootings/ technical problems that occur and further to understand the satisfactory functioning during testing. The APTEX INVENT continue to maintain its credibility and very good relations among the clients mainly the Test Labs, Research Institutions, PSUs and regularly get the feedback especially, for improvement and enhanced the performance of our supplied equipments. The reliability, durability and trouble-free operations of our equipments speaks about the quality of the equipment, their conformity by meeting the requirements as per national and international standards as well as other institutions (such as BIS.NABL, ISO, EESL,BEE,MNR, Indian Railways etc.). Key/Salient features of APEX-INVENT Indigenization of dedicated Test Equipment: APTEX has always believed in Indigenization, from designing, fabrication to commissioning of Specific Test Equipment that are highly expensive, due to lesser demand by the Testing and Research Industry and are not readily available in the markets or very expensive. Therefore, to fulfil the testing needs of various categories of products from Electrical, Electronics, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical etc, APTEX INVENT has developed an in-house Integrated R&D Centre consisting of highly experienced and professional team. It manufactures various Test Equipment / Jigs / Fixtures/ Sub Units etc. as per the requisite standards' requirements based on national & International Standards(IEC, ISO, IS) for Lab use as well for regular clients. All the test equipments are already in regular use in some of the reputed labs for testing of products. Diversification : APTEX has diversified through the innovative approach by expanding its fabrication facility into R&D centre in India. For the testing of the various electric, electronic and IT products, the testing requires large variety of dedicated & specialized test equipment, setups, jigs, apparatus etc. to test and ascertain the quality and performance of the products. The availability and sourcing of this specialized test equipment not only require huge cost but also requires huge foreign exchange and time in sourcing of this equipment, which are commonly not available in the markets like other common products. Through the experience of testing of variety of products and understanding the functionality of these specialized equipment, APTEX INVENT has used its innovative approach and created an R&D centre to design and fabricated these specialized equipment at most affordable cost and has been successful in substitution. These variety of equipments not only enhance the precision testing but also improves the quality control system of any lab. APTEX has in-house integrated R&D Centre, consisting of highly experienced and qualified team where it fabricates; manufactures various Lab Equipment/Jigs/Fixtures/Sub-units, devices that are not readily available in the markets etc.
