Durocrete^TM Macro uses heavy duty synthetic fibres specifically engineered for use as secondary reinforcement, providing excellent plastic shrinkage control and reduced settlement cracking. Durocrete^TM Macro provides increased flexural toughness and increases shatter and abrasion resistance, improving the concretes long-term durability and integrity. Properly engineered and dosed, Durocrete^TM Macro can be an alternative for all types of welded wire fabric, conventional light gauge steel reinforcement (#3 and #4) and steel fiber, depending on the application.
