Lube Polishing Systems

We are engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying excellent quality Lube Polishing Systems to our valuable clients. The LPS-series of Regenerative Media based Polishing systems provides an economical approach as a means of adding value to re-refined lube oil distillates. Designed as an add-on or retrofit to the re-refining section, these units are applicable to oil refineries as a final polishing stage.

The LPS is based upon banks of active columns that contain an absorptive media. The physical characteristics of the media allow it to be re-activated once saturated, and thereby permitting a large number of cycles before being replaced. At the time of replacement, the media is an inert landfill posing no disposal problems.

Lube polishing is the final step in the Oil Recovery process. Using the LPS to polish the recovered base lube distillate will consistently produce a Group l+ and depending on the feed, a Group 2 product. The filtration beds can be regenerated many times for continuous quality production.

* This is a computer controlled process that costs far less than the traditional hydro-treating approach.
* The LPS removes color, odor and a sizable portion of the Sulfur in the feed.
* The results are a high quality oil which can be used as a base lube for blending or as a high quality fuel for marine engines, power generators or boilers.
