Loop steamer is very compact and versatile performer. It can be applied for various dye-stuff fixation processes viz. Saturated steaming at 101oC. High temperature steaming in the standard version upto 185 and polymerizing with hot air. There are two factors to ensure optimum performance of the Loop steamer:
Proper injection of air or steam.
Proper distribution of steam inside the machine. This has to be balanced by tensionless feeding of the fabric and a crease free loop formation. (During the loop formation it is important that contact with the printed surface of the fabric is avoided.)
