A major benefit of this funding is that you do not need to give any End-Use commitment to Bankers - You are free to use the amount anywhere in the business you like. The rate would totally depend on your existing CC Rate and Strength of your Financials.
Apart from this, we have a number of Secured Structured Facilities too wherein we can provide you medium to long term funding upto about 15 Years against a property (Residential, Commercial, Industrial or NA Plots) as collateral which can come at a rate as low as 10%-12.00%.
