We are manufacturing a well quality Lister engine fuel injections and it is a part of fuel injector of diesel engine which converts the liquid diesel into vapours and which further creates vapour pressure on the piston of the diesel engine and hence converts the linear motion into rotational motion. The efficiency of the diesel engine is very much depends on the quality of the nozzle which is truely named as the heart of diesel engine. Its malfunctioning leads to smoke and wastage of diesel (as a fuel) in the engine.Nozzle is one of the main components of fuel injection systems. The main purpose of the fuel injection nozzle is to direct and atomize the metered fuel into the combustion chamber. The combustion chamber design dictates the type of nozzle, the droplet size and the spray required to achieve complete combustion within a given time and space.

Element consist of barrel & plunger (we also called pin & body). The rotary motion of the plunger inside the barrel regulates the quantity of fuel and an upward motion to delivers the fuel. And the plunger is precisely fitted to the barrel with very small clearance to form a perfect sealing.
