Liquid Inline Magnetic Separator

Our provided PMT Liquid Inline Magnetic Separators are ideal for separation of iron particles from Liquid, Oil, Viscous and Slurry applications. Liquid Inline separators are widely used in Oil, Food Processing, Soya Lecithin, Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals industries. They are installed at a suitable location along the passage of fluid. The flowing liquid is made to travel around the magnetic rods & the high intensity Gemini Rare Earth Powerful Magnets in the magnetic rods arrest fine iron particles from the product flow.

The Liquid Inline Separator is manufactured in Stainless Steel 304 shell with inlet and outlet flange connections as per the size of the existing pipeline. The magnetic elements are fixed on the top lid and are arranged in circular format so that the liquid/oil is exposed to maximum area of magnetic circuit and ensuring greater level of iron separation. The standard sizes available are NB: 1.5a , 2.0a , 2.5a , 3.0a , whereas customized sizes can be made available to suit the end user requirements.
