We developed Linear Vibrator for Seed Cleaner to clean the sieve. These vibrators are used where brush mechanism and balls are not feasible, it reduces lot of pulleys, belts and also the space.
The body of the linear vibrator consist of a round steel housing enclosed magnet. Inside the magnetic body there is the excitation winding and the armature is guided centrically with a non magnetic shaft and held in central position by two springs. The system is biased and kept in a neutral initial position by a permanent magnet with guiding poles which is located between two coils of the excitation winding.
With an AC voltages applied to the excitation winding the force effect of the electromagnetic alternating field is superimposed on the force effect of the permanent magnet.
The frequency of resulting force matches the frequency of AC voltage applied which cause a linear moment of the armature and the shaft in same rhythm. The linear vibrator can be used as a vibratory drive and, fitted with additional weight on the armature shaft, as the compactor.
