It is made up of vibrating motors, screen box, hopper, vibration damping springs and the support. Thesurface of linear vibrating screen can be inclined installed, and the inclination angle is 10A ~15A .
Construction : This equipment is mainly composed of screen box, screen frame, vibration motor, supporting device.
1) Screen box: mainly welded by Q235 plain carbon steel, also can be welded by various kinds of stainless steel according to customer's requirement.
2) Screen frame: screen frame can be made by carbon steel or stainless steel
3) Vibration motor: two sets of horizontal vibration motor installed in the equipment as vibration source, can produce exciting force to adapt to different requirements by adjusting the motor eccentric block at both ends
4) Supporting device: including supporting springs and supporting frame which welded by iron channel. Inclination of the screen can be modulated by changing the height of support legs.
