Coupling gaskets between the modules for a better fit of mechanical parts (in case of dis-assembly & re-assembly).
Resolution upto 0.1 m. In the T Version resolutions are programmable via serial line.
Accuracy grade 10 m.
Linear thermal expansion co-efficient ( ) = 10.6 x 10-6 C-1 suitable to application.
