Operation:

* The bottles from in-feed system are modified through a drum mechanism for passing through further eight separate washing stations
* The stop and move Geneva mechanism further hold the bottles on the top of every washing station for a preset time period
* All the eight washing stations are separately combined to the respective circuits to remove any contamination of wash media
* The machine speed can also be adjusted to suit the particular production speeds
* The final washing station is adjustable according to individual requirements like steam or hot air
* The bottles are externally washed during the stationery position
* The wash water can be either drained out as well as recycled which depends upon the wash sequence opted
