Limpet Coil Reactor - Stainless Steel & Duplex Stainless, Internal Polished Finish, Custom Sizes And Configurations Available, Advanced Welding Procedures

We manufacture Reactors which are built in accordance with Section VIII Division 1 or Division 2 of the ASME Code. As a policy, only the the most advanced welding procedures and methods are used. We have a wide range of designs to meet customer's requirements.

Materials of construction:
Vessel wetted parts:Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless, Nickel Alloys, Clad, Titanium. With limpet coils on outside made from either Carbon Steel or Stainless steel

Finishes:
Standard mill finishes inside and out.
Internal Polished Finish: From a commercial grade no.3 to a pharmaceutical grade no.7 (320grit 10 RA) and electro-polishing are available.
External Polished Finish: A commercial grade no.3 and no.4.
Options:Flush bottom ball valves, Plug valves, Sight glasses, Level gauges and Quick opening man ways and more as per client requirements.
Dual run limpets are also an option available on request.
Custom sizes and configurations available.
We can Also provide Reactors with Limpet and Jackets also.
