Lim Silicone Rubber

LIM (Liquid Injection Molding) silicone rubber is addition cured liquid silicone rubber with high performance, and is widely used in manufacturing various silicone products through injection molding process, such as silicone tray, silicone pipe, silicone nursing bottle and silicone nipple. Compared to traditional HTV silicone rubber, the advantages of our LIM silicone rubber are as follows:

1.Convenience usage. The viscosity of the LIM silicone rubber is relative low, it can be transported by pumping, and it can be measured, mixed and injection molded continuously and automatically.

2.High efficiency. At 180 centigrade degree, the liquid silicone rubber solidified within 30s, and the molding periods is less than 1 min.

3.Less waste. It is easy to be measured precisely, so that the products have less imperfect and waste border.

4.High performance. Our LIM silicone rubber has high tensile strength, tear strength and toughness with high transparency, as well as outstanding resistance of weather, aging and yellowing.
