Leveling Skim Coat

Features:
This product is a new strong coating bottom ash, mainly used for leveling the uneven surface of cement mortar or concrete walls, providing a good base surface for the layer skim coat, reducing the amount of skim coat and lowering down the project cost.

Surface Treatment:
1, The substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, and other loose materials.
2, The new plaster surface should be maintained about 12 days before inserting the skim coat, do not use cement paste to polish.
3, If the wall is too dry, wet the wall till there is no obvious water on the surface before operation.

Operation Process:
1, Mixing the skim coat and appropriate amount of water (about 3: 1) into a paste (namely 20kg powder + 6kg water).
2, According to the water-cement ratio, pouring water into the stirring barrel, and adding the powder, then using an electric mixer to make uniform and no-powder paste, put it aside for a few minutes and then a little stirring to gain a better effect.
