Preserved Level Indicators

In gravity fed weigher, a certain level of sugar in the silo needs to be maintained throughout the weighing process. Otherwise, it does not provide accurate measurement. It is impossible for the operator to identify that the level of sugar is maintained properly or not. In that case, our Level Indicators can be a better option than the other alternatives available in the market. Further, there are no moving parts used and the chances of wear & tear are lesser than other indicators, ensuring superior performance even in dusty atmosphere.


How Does It Work?

* The sensation area of the indicator becomes empty when the sugar level in the silo goes below a certain level such as 10 to 15 bags.
* The indicator sends signal through a red light that is fitted in front of the operator
* When the required level reaches, the indicator gives sense to the power pack and the green light glows
