Key Features
UNISTAB-PP is a co-precipitate manufactured under controlled
conditions, resulting in a high performance heat stabilizer that is
better functionally as well as operationally in PVC processing. It is
specially designed for Rigid PVC Pipe application and gives excellent
results at low as well as high filler loadings.

APPLICATIONS:
Rigid PVC Pipes: As the filler loading increases the more active
heat stabilizer with more metallics is recommended. PP-2 is recommended
for scrap pipes and very low filler pipes on twin screw. For single
screw machines and twin screw moderate to high filler machines, PP-3 is
the optimum grades whereas PP-4 is recommended for high filler pipes on
single screw machine.
