Elastomeric, one-component surface coating based on polyurethane, suitable for permanent waterproofing of surfaces. By reacting with air moisture, it is converted into a strong, elastic membrane, impermeable to water. Easily applied with paintbrush, roller or spray (airless). It offers long-lasting waterproof and protection, high resistance to stagnant water and does not peel off. It creates a monolithic membrane without joints which is 100% clung to the substrate. Even if it is locally damaged or punctured, water does not spread over the entire surface of the substrate, so the membrane can easily be locally repaired. It has excellent resistance to weather conditions (rain, frost, UV) and retains its elasticity even at very low temperatures -40oC. Excellent bridging of capillary joints or cracks. Suitable for pedestrian traffic. Exhibits high reflectivity of solar radiation (for white colored product) resulting to a significant drop in temperature indoors during summer.

APPLICATIONS
Recommended for general use waterproofing surfaces. Due to high water resistance of the formed membrane, LASTOFLEX-PU is suitable for surfaces with stagnant water on flat roofs, basements, tanks, balconies, roof gardens, flower stands, tunnels (cut & cover method), irrigation canals, bridges, parking spaces, kitchens and bathrooms (under tiles), terraces with polyurethane foam insulation, etc.
