Welcome to Our Website! Established in 1977, Precaster Enterprises Co. Ltd. is a renowned company based Taiwan. The company was started by N.T Fred Li as a surveying solution provider (Laser Distance Measuring Tools Expert). Over the years we have expanded our business into many horizons including research energy in survey and gathered value-added experience in the industry. For two decades we have worked as a research organization, but in 1998, we officially established research and development team for cross line laser level and rotary laser level.
