Yisong automatic environmentally friendly die board sawing machine. We have 9 Japan imported servo motors in total on this machine to control the movements and ensure the high cutting precision and accuracy.

The cutting head part includes saw cutting, milling tool and taper knife.Saw cutting part is for line and curve cutting, milling tool is for bridging and edge milling, taper knife is for lettering and half bridging.

Guide rail is to support and slide the board. The max size of the wooden board can be 2.44*1.22m, the max cutting area can be 1.2*1m. We can cut 16mm and 18mm wooden board.

Because we need to mill bridge hole first, so the overall working speed is a little slower, it is 0.5~0.8m/min, but straight line cutting speed is 1.5m/min, curve line cutting speed is 0.5m/min.

We can handle wooden board, plastic board, PVC board and acrylic board, but the working speed will be different accordingly. Our saw blade is patented product which is the only consumable items on this machine, and saw cost is low.
