We are presenting Lap Sponge Folding Machine to fold surgical lap sponge / laparotomy sponge / abdominal sponge automatically.
This machine is developed to fold lap sponge with multi-function. It can automatically unwind the folio fold gauze roll, cut at fixed length, two-way fold edge, longitudinal folio, stack and output.
Main Technical Parameters:
a. Skeleton structure, belt conveying, rotary output by metal gate. Total length: 4.5m, wet: 1200kg.
b. Suit for using folio fold gauze roll, width of gauze roll is 450mm(folio folded from 900mm gauze material).
c. Work pace: 12-19pcs/min, maximum capacity is 1140pcs/hour.
d. Longitudinal length of product is adjustable, cutting length error is not more than +-3mm.
Main Features:
a. PLC control, stable production. Touch-screen control panel is easy to adjust parameter, when change size of product, it only need to adjust parameter on touch-screen, by adjusting simple machine to change the position of folding edge. Easy to operate.
b. Intermittent operation mode, the whole technics flow is very clear, and you can monitor the real time work process at any time.
c. Key part-cuter, it is made by alloy tool steel, available to use, long service life.
d. With cyclometer counter, workload of counting the output has been eliminated.
e. Since the labor demand is less and the germ contents is reduced because of less human touch, products is hygienic.
