Laminated Glass Processing Line

1. The whole line adopts centralized control in PLC, touch screen display and operation, controlling each sub-cabinet speed concentrated in the laminating room. the whole line drive adopts umbrella gear drive, smooth and reliable drive, less noise.
2. Washing and drying machine is the key device of the whole line. The device can automatically adjust upper of rubber roller, brush roller and air knife which can be elevated or lowered with digital display according to thickness of glass. upper can be elevated to 450mm ,convenient to clean and repair. Brush roller drive is used to drive separately by upper and lower of power machines, upper brush roller equips with two hard brushes with improving cylinder and one soft brush, so this way can clean hard LOW-E glass and coated glass, cana t injury the coated surface. Equipped with two pairs of stainless steel air knives, drying machine adopts split set , the entrance of wind has cotton silencer and filter, large quantity of wind, less noise, air-dried effect, adopting special structure can ensure the quality of cleaning glass in any case.
3.Laminating machine equips with laminating section, take-off and landing wheel frame, positioning cylinder, film laying machine and movable scissor sucking hanger, convenient to operate more tablets and large tablet for laminating.
