* Working chamber (boiler) made of heavy gauge stainless steel SS 304 grade
* Outer chamber is made of Mild steel / Stainless steel SS 304 grade
* Lid is also made of heavy gauge stainless steel and accurately machined to form a steam tight joint with stainless steel ring also machined accurately for this purpose
* Wing nuts made of Stainless steel to close the top lid
* Electrically heated by means of superior quality immersion heater
* Pressure gauge, Steam release cock and safety steam valve fitted on the lid
* Operating pressure 15 lbs per sq inch (psi) but the unit is tested up to 20 lbs per sq. inch (psi)
* Foot lifting arrangement to open the lid
* The Unit shall be supplied with SS perforated basket
* Stainless steel tripod stand to keep the basket inside the working chamber
* The unit provided with Plug and chord ready for use on 220/230 volts

Control unit consists of Digital Temperature controller with Digital Timer (0-99 minutes) and Low water level indicator.

The temperature range can be set (normally 1210C. at 15 psi) and the required time can also be set (0-99 minutes) as soon as the Set temperature reaches, the count down of time will be automatically.
