Acrylic Water-based Adhesive Label Stock - Ldpe Laminated Release Liner, Maximum Width 40'', Excellent Tack, Eco-friendly, Customizable Face Liners

We manufacur acrylic water based adhesives laminated label stock where LDPE laminated Release liner is used so the product has three following ingredients, which are detailed as under.

1. Release Base Liner:-
Available in two forms
1. LDPE Laminated with 40`` maximum web width.
2. Glassine Release Liner based
2. Adhesive :-
We use universally accepted Pressure Sensitive Acrylic Adhesive which is water based and thereby completely non-hazardous and eco-friendly. Some of the characteristics of the adhesive are excellent tack, good resistance to heat and cold condition, excellent shelf life compare to most other adhesives.
3. Overlaminate or Face Liner:-
Ranges of liners are available and is usually predetermined by our customers. There are a few standardized liners like Chromo art, Mirror Coat, Maplitho papers available of the shelf. Synthetic Films like PVC, Polypropylene, Polyester etc. are available on order to decide on the liner one should always keep in mind its end use.

Specification : Maximum width 40`` or 1016mm can slit as per requirement for rolls core size and other requirement can also be met if inner diameter is different.

Specification:-
Face Paper : Maplitho / Chromo / Mirror Coat of standard GSM available off the shelf.
Width : 4`` maximum or as desired to suit the deckle of 40`` when liner is LDPE laminated for Glassine liner deckle is 20``.
