A Kymograph is very suitable for student's use and also for general experimental work which is provided by leading manufactuer and supplier of Ambala Cantt. The entire driving mechanism, consisting of constant speed electric motor and 4 ratio gear box is contained in the base together with a fobust plate ratio is effected by sliding the lever given on the right into the slot marked with surface speed required.
Consideration care has been taken in selecting the gear box ratios to provides speeds which will be suitable for all student a N N N s experiments, in addition we now fit a speed regulator so that following surface speeds, and times for one revolution , are obtainable using the standard 6" diameter cylinder.
Fast speed 640-320 mm per sec. 7.5-1.5 sec. per rev
Medium speed 25-12.5 mm per sec. 20-40 sec per rev.
Slow speed 2.5-1.5 mm per sec. 3-6 min. per rev.
The forward toe under the base and the leveling screws are so arranged that the E4/8 Recording Drum can be used with the Standard Drum Stands.

Cylinder: 6"dia x 6"high. Screws Lift Spindle with Cylinder dia 6" x 6"high
