Emulsification(1% aqueous solution) : white emulsion

Features:
1.It performs excellent self-emulsify property, can be emulsified by water instantly. The emulsion does no layer, no oil film form. Fabric contaminated by oil can be easily cleaned, no oil stain or dyeing defect occur.
2.It performs good deform and anti-oxidant properties.
3.It performs good lubricant, preventing stagnate and overheat due to mechanical wear, making production smoothly so that to reduce electric power consumption.
4.With excellent anti-rusting property, can guarantee the loom parts use for a long time.
5.With low friction coefficient, can greatly reduce the friction between the needle and syringe, can bear high friction heat caused by high-speed looms and prevent machine parts and machine needle overheating, reducing the needle breakage rate.
6.It is insoluble and no damage to paint and/or rubber accessories on the machine, ensuring the machine inside and outside is bright and clean.
