We are offering superior quality Kevipol BR to our most valued clients. Kevipol BR is a specially developed Acid, with stabilizer for brasso printing on blended fabric.

Details of our Kevipol BR:-
* Appearance : Dark Brown Liquid.
* Solubility : Soluble in water [ water should be added slowly ]
* Compatibility : It is less compatible with gum paste hence required gum paste is suggested of high viscosity.
* PH : 2.0 to 2.5.
* Application :
Kevipol BR has simplest application as compared to the other acids used for brasso printing.

For Polyester-Cotton Blend :-
* Kevipol BR : 8 to 10 parts
* Guar Gum Stock Paste [Soaked overnight] : 88 to 90 parts
* DEG or Glycerine : 1 to 2 parts
[ If required in dry atmosphere ] : 100

For Polyester-Viscose Blend :-
* Kevipol BR : 4 to 6 parts
* Stock Paste : 93 to 95 parts
* DEG or Glycerine : 1 to 2 parts, 100
* Print the ready paste on flat bed and maintain the temp of 150cA for 4 to 5 min Variate time along with temp.
* The printed part should give dark brown colour on curing and not black.
