Karukka Dryer

We are producing and exporting of Karukka Dryer to our consumers. Field drying of grains/pulses/immature paddy results in avoidable loss in every kilogram. Particularly Very light weighted immature paddy flies in normal breeze. After soaking in water for parboiled process the immature paddy becomes sticky material, such that the lighter particles becomes heavier and are not easily portable for drying. In rainy days, unable to dry, the immature paddy gets rotten and some seasonal drying process takes 2-3 days depends upon the sun light. That results loss total to thousands of rupees/ton. There is a solution to solve this problem the new and advanced Grain Tech Drier to dry the products as per desired moisture.
The immature paddy is very slender, chalky and is easily breakable. The percentage of immature paddy in the harvest crop is approximately 5-10%. For boiled paddy preparation, the paddy to get boiled has to get into the process of soaking. The paddy has to be soaked for nearly 3-5 hrs depending on the moisture content for boiling process. Once soaked, the immature paddy floats in water which has to be segregated from the matured paddy, which settles in the bottom of the soaking tank/vessel meant for boiling. The floating immature paddy is then taken through collection bin for field drying with minimum of 4-5 manpower required for manual drying method. The soaked immature paddy get spoiled without drying within a day.
