Junhe Jh380 Coating

Junhe JH380 water-base Zinc Microlayer Corrosion Protection Paint made with three packs: A, B and C; Part A is silver gray slurry that mainly chemically combined with super fine flaky Zn, super fine Al & ethylene glycol. Part B is the solvent of the coating colours in orange-yellow and in water solution, which mainly content the active Cr6+ and part C is the thickener and dispersant of the coating which mainly made up of cellulose white powder.

Junhe JH380 Coating looks silver grey metallic in appearance. The coating is made up of Zinc and Aluminium Flakes and minerals that control the penetrative speed between substrate and moisture or oxygen. There is Cr6+ which make zinc and aluminium slice in passivation state and restrain corrosion speed in the coating layer; because the electrode potential of zinc and aluminium layer is low. During the oxidation course the zinc and aluminium layer can be used as sacrificial anode protection. The coating contains proper soluble Cr6+ and can itself when it is destroyed.
