We manufacture qualitative range of compressed asbestos fiber (CAF) jointing sheets & die cut gaskets. The collection is fabricated of high grade of material including CAF. These are fabricated from carefully selected chrysolite fiber intimately blended with suitable heat resistant blinders and are vulcanized into homogenous compositions and uniform thickness. We make available entire range to our clients in various types including spittmann, champion, uniklinger, samsonite and ferrolite. Abrasion resistant products are available in sheet size of 2 Mtr. X 6 Mtr. with thickness of 0.5 mm- 5 mm. Gasket size of die cut gasket is available in up to 2000 mm in one piece and above 2000 mm in joints. Our sheets and gaskets find application in processes such as sealing, jointing, gasket making in various industries including electronics, material handling machinery, pharmaceuticals and construction.

Our company is also engaged in manufacturing and supplying fine quality spiral wound gaskets. Entire array is made of superior quality material such as CS, SS, CAF, NACF and PTFE. A metallic continuous stripe with a special shaped profile coupled with a continuous filing stripe (asbestos, grafoil, PTFE and ceramic) is used for composition of the gasket. The stripe is evenly wound in concentric spiral under constant stress. The gaskets are toughened on the inner and outer diameter by winding of several electrically welded spiral metals only.
