Silton Rubber makes endless gaskets by cutting extruded profiles to length and joining the ends into a closed loop. For a large gasket this can cost a fraction of a moulded one, because an 800 mm gasket does not need an 800 mm mould, and one extrusion die serves any perimeter.

Silton Rubber is a rubber component manufacturer based in Howrah, West Bengal, established in 1984. We make moulded and extruded rubber parts to your drawing, sample or specification: moulded gaskets, O-rings, grommets, washers, extruded profiles, silicone and EPDM sponge gaskets, joined endless gaskets, silicone tubing, cords and strips, and ready-to-use rubber compounds.
Compounding, tooling, moulding, extrusion and testing are all done in-house at our Liluah plant. We mix our own compounds in silicone, EPDM, NBR, FKM, neoprene and SBR, check every batch for hardness, cure and porosity on our rheometer, and cut our own moulds and extrusion dies. We run two continuous vulcanising lines and extrude soft silicone sections down to 30 Shore A.
We supply OEMs in lighting, electronics, HVAC, water and general engineering, and reverse engineer imported parts for local supply. Send a drawing, a sample or a description of the problem and we will recommend the right compound.
